Coyuntura nacional, fusiones o indicadores negativos frente al negocio en s\u00ed. Desarrollar las tareas diarias es casi imposible:\u00a0<\/strong>Para demostrar que un empleado no es capaz de desarrollar su trabajo, es posible que un gerente le ponga las tareas m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 Ha recibido evaluaciones negativas con frecuencia, e incluso advertencias:<\/strong>\u00a0Indica el bajo rendimiento de un empleado, especialmente cuando no cumple las expectativas del empleador. Recibir una evaluaci\u00f3n negativa es normal, sin embargo, hacerlo varias veces, hasta recibir advertencias, significa que el jefe no puede lidiar con sus errores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Ya no lo incluyen en las reuniones y es ignorado continuamente:<\/strong>\u00a0Esto pasa cuando pierden la confianza en su trabajo. Las empresas del mismo rubro est\u00e1n descartando perfiles como el suyo:<\/strong>\u00a0Es posible que suceda de acuerdo a las tendencias del mercado que, tarde o temprano, afectar\u00e1n la empresa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. Contratan personas de la misma \u00e1rea de manera abrupta, con funciones similares:<\/strong>Muchas empresas contratan su reemplazo antes de anunciar el despido. Desconf\u00ede de contrataciones sin aviso y con responsabilidades similares, as\u00ed como la decisi\u00f3n de su jefe de compartir sus tareas con otras personas, sin que necesariamente tenga tanto trabajo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.La empresa se fusionar\u00e1:\u00a0<\/strong>Las fusiones generalmente duplican las funciones, por eso es natural que se den recortes en las dos empresas que ahora ser\u00e1n una.
