Arranca mirando d\u00f3nde duele:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">3 datos r\u00e1pidos: rotaci\u00f3n en roles clave, tiempo para cubrir vacantes cr\u00edticas, tasa de aceptaci\u00f3n de ofertas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Revisa en redes 10\u201315 rese\u00f1as\/comentarios y agr\u00fapalos en: liderazgo, desarrollo, condiciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Pregunta a un grupo reducido si recomendar\u00edan trabajar ah\u00ed y por qu\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Con esos datos, mu\u00e9strale a la direcci\u00f3n cu\u00e1nto cuesta la brecha entre lo que decimos y lo que se vive: m\u00e1s rotaci\u00f3n, vacantes abiertas y dificultad para atraer talento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>2. Define una Propuesta de Valor al Empleado (EVP) que puedas sostener:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Lista lo que genera impacto positivo dentro de la compa\u00f1\u00eda, solo lo real: desarrollo interno, flexibilidad existente, proyectos retadores, estabilidad, estilo de liderazgo, beneficios que se usan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Valida con colaboradores referentes; si no se ven reflejados, corrige.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Resultado: una EVP breve y humana \u2014por ejemplo, \u201cValoramos a la persona, crece con nosotros\u201d\u2014 respaldada con evidencias concretas (planes de desarrollo, l\u00edderes accesibles, oportunidades reales), no solo con palabras.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>3. Historias que prueban la EVP: Si no respaldas con ejemplos reales, se queda en PowerPoint.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Elige 3 casos concretos: crecimiento interno real, flexibilidad con resultados, una decisi\u00f3n dif\u00edcil bien gestionada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Cu\u00e9ntalos en formatos simples: post breve, video corto, carrusel con contexto real.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:17px\">Usa nombres y datos con permiso. Cada promesa de tu EVP debe tener al menos una historia que la demuestre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><strong>4.
