Es una transformaci\u00f3n cultural cuando necesitas movilizar procesos, herramientas y personas. La mejor forma de identificarlo es revisar c\u00f3mo han ido cambiando las herramientas de trabajo en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La transformaci\u00f3n cultural es sin\u00f3nimo de cambio cultural y se utiliza indiferentemente una u otra en el mismo contexto. Sin embargo, es posible que hablar de \u201ccambio cultural\u201d est\u00e9 asociado a metodolog\u00edas antiguas y que la emoci\u00f3n que genera la palabra produzca algo de temor. Mientras que, la palabra \u201ctransformaci\u00f3n\u201d inspire m\u00e1s a las personas a realizar esos cambios y est\u00e9 m\u00e1s relacionada con las nuevas metodolog\u00edas de cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, te mostramos los beneficios que implica una transformaci\u00f3n cultural en una empresa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. DISE\u00d1A UNA MISI\u00d3N, VISI\u00d3N Y VALORES F\u00c1CILES DE LLEVAR A LA PR\u00c1CTICA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas m\u00e1s exitosas tienen bien definida su misi\u00f3n, visi\u00f3n y valores, pero su \u00e9xito no depende de una excelente redacci\u00f3n. Su \u00e9xito se debe a que han encontrado la manera de llevar a la pr\u00e1ctica cada uno de los conceptos redactados, pues siempre buscan que su gente se identifique y se sientan inspirados por esa misi\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n. Vivir el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n cultural es reflexionar, hacer tangible y crear en conjunto la misi\u00f3n, la visi\u00f3n y los valores de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. CREA UN PROP\u00d3SITO COHERENTE CON LA ORGANIZACI\u00d3N Y LA SOCIEDAD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito de una organizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 relacionado con la forma en que esa organizaci\u00f3n contribuye a forjar una vida mejor para su sociedad. Encontrar un prop\u00f3sito empresarial alineado con los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible te ayudar\u00e1n a crear una mejor alianza con tu comunidad y encontrar clientes y trabajadores que se sientan inspirados por la misma causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. ACOMPA\u00d1A LOS CAMBIOS CON NUEVOS H\u00c1BITOS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo cambio viene acompa\u00f1ado de una transformaci\u00f3n de h\u00e1bitos, as\u00ed que tanto los l\u00edderes como los empleados deber\u00e1n hacer cambios de comportamiento positivos para su vida. INCORPORA INNOVACIONES A LA ORGANIZACI\u00d3N DE ACUERDO A SU MADUREZ EMPRESARIAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas pasan por varias etapas de madurez empresarial y en cada una de esas etapas se requiere de una cultura coherente con el desarrollo y la innovaci\u00f3n. La ambici\u00f3n de la innovaci\u00f3n en una etapa temprana est\u00e1 relacionada con desarrollar mejores pr\u00e1cticas. A medida que avanza en su madurez la innovaci\u00f3n aumenta ya que se van definiendo roles de trabajo, delimitando fases de trabajo, definiendo pautas de comportamiento y evaluando cada proceso que se incorpora. Y en la etapa m\u00e1s madura de una empresa las innovaciones son disruptivas, transformadoras, con planes de emprendimientos.
