Considero que gran parte de mi carrera y crecimiento en las diferentes organizaciones en las que he estado han tenido como motor una mezcla de buena actitud con diligencia. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se preparaba para cada entrevista nueva de trabajo? Siempre me ha gustado investigar y creo que tomarse el trabajo de averiguar sobre la compa\u00f1\u00eda, cultura y perfil de colaboradores sirve de mucho al momento de pasar una entrevista. Es importante tambi\u00e9n tener un buen nivel de autoconocimiento y sentirse seguro de nuestras propias fortalezas. Pero es importante la coherencia, la integridad y la preparaci\u00f3n como pilares para lograr buenos resultados. \u00bfDespu\u00e9s de cu\u00e1ntos a\u00f1os de trayectoria lleg\u00f3 a este puesto y c\u00f3mo lo hizo? Desde diferentes jefaturas, hasta mi primera gerencia, pasaron por lo menos 15 a\u00f1os para finalmente asumir la posici\u00f3n de Gerente General. No s\u00e9 si hay una receta m\u00e1gica, pero trabajar con compromiso y responsabilidad, gran nivel de resiliencia y lealtad, son factores que me han ayudado a alcanzar gran parte de mis objetivos."}
