Considerando que estamos passando por um período extremamente difícil, com desemprego acima de 12%, ou seja, aproximadamente 13 milhões de desempregados no Brasil, os processos seletivos estão extremamente concorridos. Para conseguir uma oportunidade profissional, mais do que nunca o perfil no LinkedIn e o currículo devem estar muito bem redigidos e atrativos, pois são o primeiro filtro de qualquer processo seletivo. É aí que entra o SEO (Search Engine Optimization), que em português podemos traduzir como Otimização de Máquina de Busca. Como o número de candidatos por vaga é muito grande, as diversas ferramentas disponíveis para busca e triagem permitem o uso de filtros por palavras-chave específicas. Assim, para aparecer nas pesquisas, um perfil no LinkedIn bem redigido deve conter necessariamente os principais termos relacionados à sua área de atuação, termos esses que serão utilizados para se filtrar os perfis mais aderentes aos requisitos das vagas. Exemplos de termos por área: Supply-chain: APICS, S&OP, MRP, ERP, SAP TI: COBIT, ITIL, PMP Financeira: BRGAAP, USGAAP, IFRS, Hyperion Engenharia de Produção: Lean, WCM, CAPEX Esses exemplos são apenas para ilustrar a ideia. Para saber quais palavras-chave usar em seu perfil, sugiro pesquisar por vagas do seu interesse e verificar os termos mais recorrentes nos requisitos das vagas. Uma vez definidos os termos, inclua-os no corpo do currículo, de forma que façam sentido durante a leitura. Assim, seu perfil estará estrategicamente otimizado para ser encontrado pelos recrutadores.
