Começo uma sessão de outplacement sobre CV sempre com a mesma pegunta: ” quando estou trabalhando em hunting e preciso encontrar um candidato para um cliente, quanto tempo você acha que eu levo avaliando um CV, para saber se ele é ou não um bom candidato para uma posição?!?” A reposta normalmente é cheia de consideração, já que uma pessoa pode levar horas para montar seu CV e isso representa sua vida; é um fato, mas encontrar o profissional ideal também é a vida do recrutador e os melhores trabalham de forma pragmática. A resposta? De 8 a 12 segundos. Recebo, em média, 350 Cvs por posição, sendo que a maior parte não apresenta sequer 20% dos requisitos exigidos pela vaga. Assim, perder muito tempo lendo um CV, como nestes casos, seria antiproducente. Numa segunda peneira, sobram aproximadamente 80 CVs, levo mais 30 segundos para chegar a uma definição se vou ou não para um call. Portanto, um bom CV é aquele que mostra de forma rápida e precisa as informações que o selecionador busca. Se elas esttão ali, muito bem, informação adicional pode ajudar; se não estão, nenhuma informação adicional fará muita diferença. O mundo atual é rápido e competitivo e esta dinâmica também é realidade ao buscar trabalho; fica a dica: vá direto ao ponto, o resto você conta na entrevista.
